ARE YOUR HOMES FULLY FURNISHED?
All our homes are sold fully furnished to include all carpets, curtains, furniture and a fully fitted kitten with modern appliances. If reserving a plot and having a new home built, you can delete the furniture pack if preferred.
DO YOUR HOMES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Our homes come under warranty which covers inherent defects in the structure for up to ten years. White goods and integrated appliances come with standard manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties commence from the day the home is delivered. The metro tile roof comes with a 40 year water ingress warranty.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?
Once you have chosen your preferred plot or show home, a fully refundable deposit will be taken to secure this for you. If you have chosen a plot, an appointment will then be made for you to visit the manufacturer for you to choose your preferred model and interior finishings. Your deposit would remain fully refundable until your home is signed off for production. All deposits on show homes or plot reservations are refundable subject to securing a sale on your property when using our assisted move scheme.

All of our homes can be adapted to suit your individual needs. Please let us know of any specific requirements and we can guide you through this.
ARE YOUR HOMES AS HEAT EFFICIENT AS A BRICKS AND MORTAR PROPERTY?
All our homes are built to British standard BS3632 which ensures that the homes are very energy efficient and benefit from good insulation, allowing them to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
